Consumer rights

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products minus any charges incurred by Semco Online Limited
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing and return the product(s) to us immediately, unopened, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries inside the United Kingdom (Excluding Some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland)

For deliveries within the UK we use ground transport. Costs are worked out by the weight of the order. Any handling charges are included. We use Economy Delivery which takes 3-5 days, but offer next day delivery where possible.
Some areas of Scotland and Northern Island are more expensive to send to so prices can vary.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom

For deliveries outside the UK we use an International Ground Transport company. Costs are worked out by weight. Please contact us prior to booking if you have concerns re this matter.

As standard we use Economy Express service, which takes approx. 3-7 days.

A faster delivery may be available at extra cost.

After you have placed your order you will receive an email, within reasonable time, to acknowledge your order.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances and we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such timescales.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order:

Before the goods are dispatched, you will get a full refund minus any expenses incurred by Semco Online Limited. This includes any Credit/Debit card transaction fees.

After the goods are dispatched, you will get a full refund minus any charges incurred by Semco Online Limited from our Delivery Company and/or any Credit/Debit card transaction fee's.

Returns/Refunds

If you decide you do not want your order, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused/unopened and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and any transaction fee's incurred. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty/damaged and a refund is made.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to clear from date of issue.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control :

Risk and title

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

Price and payment

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

These prices include VAT but may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Policy.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which we have already taken.

Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a products correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.

We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss pricing.

Payment for all products must be by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque.

Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the product.

Contracts for the purchase of products through our website will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
